What you share

The quote form asks for your collection postcode, a description of the waste and a reply email. You can also add your name, a preferred date, access notes and up to four photos. A full collection address isn’t needed for this initial enquiry.

Please include only information needed to explain the job. Check photos for personal documents, faces or other private information before uploading them.

Why we use it

Shifted Waste LTD uses your enquiry to understand the collection, discuss a quote and reply to you. If you go ahead, we use the details needed to arrange your collection.

Sending this form does not sign you up for marketing and does not book a collection.

How your enquiry reaches us

The form sends your details and any photos to FormSubmit, an external form delivery service, for delivery to our business email address, shiftedwaste@gmail.com. You may be asked to complete FormSubmit’s spam protection before the request can continue.

FormSubmit states that it keeps form submissions for 30 days and does not store uploaded files. Its handling is described in the FormSubmit privacy policy. Email enquiries and delivered attachments are also handled by our email provider, Gmail.

If you use the direct email link instead, your email application prepares a message for you to review and send. Photos selected on this website are not automatically attached to that email.

Before you send

Your selected photos are previewed in your browser. They are uploaded when you submit the form. You can remove a photo or edit your details before sending.

If you return from the delivery page, check the form before submitting again. If you are unsure whether your request reached us, email us rather than sending repeated requests.
